Before joining ABTV, Manfred Leong had 25 years of experience in financial and operations management for both domestic and international business. He has expertise in business analysis, business turnaround, accounting, systems implementation and asset management. He has earned the designation of Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association.

As director of finance for a Fortune 500 company, he helped lead the turnaround of a significant business unit. Business costs were aggressively lowered, customers and products were logically pruned and a new strategic direction was developed and implemented. The business was successfully transformed from an annual loss of $6 million to a sustainable annual profit of $2 million.

In operations, he opened distribution and manufacturing operations in Mexico for a Fortune 500 company. Domestically, he restructured and combined customer service and credit and collection, forming a unit that improved order turnaround by 20% and reduced DSO from 70 days to 42 days. In material management, he has cut inventory levels 25% for a key business unit with increasing sales, in addition to negotiating lower material cost and improved delivery times.

Mr. Leong is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles in economics. He received his MBA degree from the University of Southern California.
