Our offices in Greensboro are located in the Renaissance Plaza, a 20-story, marble building located in the southeast quadrant of North Elm and Bellemeade Streets.

Parking is available in the Bellemeade Parking Deck, located directly across North Elm Street from the Renaissance Plaza.

From points West
Take I-40 East toward Greensboro.
Take 1-40 Business East via Exit 212 toward Greensboro/Bryan Boulevard.
Take Exit 214B and merge onto West Wendover Avenue.
Follow Wendover Avenue East to the Market Street exit.
Turn right onto Market Street.
Continue on Market Street into the downtown area.
Turn left off Market Street onto North Elm Street.
Continue on North Elm Street and cross through the Friendly Avenue intersection.
Renaissance Plaza is on the right just past Center City Park, at the intersection with Bellemeade/Summit Streets.

From points East
Travel Interstate 40 West/Interstate 85 South.
Take Exit 131, following Business 85.
Take Exit 41 at East Lee Street/NC 6. Turn right at end of exit ramp.
Continue on Lee Street to Elm Street, approximately 3.5 miles.
Turn right onto Elm Street.
Continue on Elm Street until you cross through the Friendly Avenue intersection.
Renaissance Plaza is on the right just past Center City Park, at the intersection of Bellemeade/Summit Streets.

From points South
Travel Interstate 85 North to Greensboro.
Take Exit 120-A "Greensboro" onto Business 85 (green shield).
Travel 2.4 miles to Exit 35-B/Coliseum Area onto Highway 220N/Freeman Mill Rd N/Future I-73N.
The ramp is a circular loop; merge onto Highway 220N/Freeman Mill Rd/Future I-73N.
Continuing on Freeman Mill Road, go approximately 4.5 miles into the downtown area. (The street name changes to Edgeworth St. as it enters downtown.)
Turn right at the Bellemeade Street stoplight. Go to the second stoplight, which is North Elm Street. Turn Right onto Elm Street.

From points North
Take US 29 South to Cone Boulevard [Shopping Center] exit.
At the end of the exit ramp, turn onto West Cone Boulevard.
Proceed on Cone Boulevard to Elm Street stoplight.
Turn left onto Elm Street.
Travel approximately 2.3 miles on Elm Street into the downtown area.
Renaissance Plaza is the first building on the left just past the intersection with Bellemeade/Summit Streets.

From Piedmont Triad International Airport
Go Northwest on S Triad Blvd.
Turn right onto Airport Parkway (Joseph M. Bryan Blvd.)
Continue onto Joseph M Bryan Blvd; street becomes Benjamin Parkway, 8.5 miles.
Benjamin Parkway merges into Smith Street.
Continue on Smith Street to Elm Street stoplight.
Turn right onto Elm Street.
Renaissance Plaza is the first building on the left just past the intersection with Bellemeade/Summit Streets.

Parking
The Renaissance Plaza faces you at the corner of Elm Street/ Bellemeade-Summit Street stoplight. Parking is readily available across Elm Street from the Renaissance Plaza at the Bellemeade Street Parking Deck.
