Our offices in Greensboro are located in the Renaissance Plaza, a 20-story, marble building located in the southeast quadrant of North Elm and Bellemeade Streets.

Parking is available in the Bellemeade Parking Deck, located directly across North Elm Street from the Renaissance Plaza.

From points West
Take I-40 East and exit at Wendover Avenue East [Exit #214-B].
Follow Wendover Avenue to the Market Street exit.
Turn right onto Market Street.
Continue on Market Street into the downtown area.
Turn left off Market Street onto North Elm Street.
Proceed on North Elm through the next intersection [Friendly Avenue].
Renaissance Plaza is located on the right, just before the intersection with Bellemeade Street.

From points East
Travel Interstate 40 West/ Interstate 85 South.
Take Exit 131 (Business 85).
Exit at East Lee Street/NC 6 [Exit 41]. Turn right at end of exit ramp.
Continue on Lee Street to Elm Street. Turn right.
Cross through Friendly Avenue Intersection.
Renaissance Plaza will be on the right (intersection with Bellemeade/Summit Street).

From points South
Take Interstate 85 North to Greensboro.
Take Exit 120 (Business 85).
From Business 85, exit onto Highway 220 North (Freeman Mill Road North) [Exit 35-B].
Continue on Freeman Mill Road into the downtown area. The street name will change to Edgeworth Street in downtown.
Turn right at Bellemeade Street stoplight.
Proceed to Elm Street stoplight.
Renaissance Plaza will be directly in front of you at Elm Street stoplight. Turn right on Elm and parking is on your immediate right (across the street from our office).

From points North
Take US 29 South to Cone Blvd. [Shopping Center exit]
Turn right onto Cone Boulevard.
Proceed on Cone to Elm Street.
Turn left onto Elm Street.
Proceed on Elm Street approximately 2.3 miles into the downtown area.
Renaissance Plaza is the first building on the left just past the intersection with Bellemeade Street.

From Piedmont Triad International Airport
Exit the Airport terminal area on Airport Parkway.
Turn right onto Bryan Boulevard and follow signs into the downtown area.
Bryan Boulevard merges into Benjamin Parkway. Continue on Benjamin Parkway.
Benjamin Parkway merges into Smith Street.
Continue on Smith Street to Elm Street stoplight.
Turn right from Smith onto Elm Street.
Proceed south on Elm Street.
Renaissance Plaza is the first building on the left just past the intersection with Bellemeade Street.
